Try to choose clothes which make you comfortable and breathable, such as cotton or linen. As for equipment, all you really need is a mat and some water. However, if you’re looking to invest in some additional gear, a yoga strap or blocks can be helpful.
Tip #03: Don’t Push Yourself Too Hard
Yoga is about relaxing your mind and body. Try not push yourself hard it may affect your brain and you feel not comfortable with it. When you’re starting out, it’s important not to push yourself too hard.
