Yoga is all about comfortablity which make you feel the nature and you will be in touch with freah air. When it comes to choosing clothing and equipment for yoga, less is more. Try to choose clothes which make you comfortable and breathable, such as cotton or linen. As for equipment, all you really need is a mat and some water. However, if you’re looking to invest in some additional gear, a yoga strap or blocks can be helpful.
Tip #03: Don’t Push Yourself Too Hard
Yoga is about relaxing your mind and body. Try not push yourself hard it may affect your brain and you feel not comfortable with it. When you’re starting out, it’s important not to push yourself too hard.

Tip #05: Listen to Your Body
Every body is different and their capacity to adopt with it is different also. You should understand this simple thing. One of the most important tips for yoga for beginners is to listen to your body. Yoga is a mind-body practice, so it’s important to be aware of how your body feels during each pose. If you really feel any pain or discomfort, stop immediately and rest.
Tip #6: Never force yourself into a pose that doesn’t feel right for you

There are lots of poses in Yogic culture if your are comfortable with any position the try different alternatives which make you more flexibility and comfortablity. Yoga is a great thing to train our body and mind. You should definatly do that on your own way.
